When they tear off these plugs can not perform their function accurately thus it may result in the flow of fluids out of the gearbox.
Overfilled fluid transmission results in the leakage of the gearbox fluid. This further breaks down the transmission of the demanding fluid. It results in loss of ability to transfer the transmission when driving the car.
